It needs to check the machine various performance and index regularly. It needs to check jaw crusher machine’s wear parts’ worn situation. You need to do a timesheet to show the wear parts service lifetime and it will be convenient to change. Check the machine’s discharging material size which has relationship with jaw crusher’s fixed jaw plate and moving jaw plate. The worn of these wear parts will make the discharging material become larger. Clients need to adjust the discharging material size.

It needs to check the transportation part which includes belt wheel, eccentric shaft and so on. Through the triangle belt, jaw crusher will transport the energy. When the triangle is loose, it will have abnormal phenomenon in the working process. Clients need to tighten the triangle belt. Lubrication system is the important part of jaw crusher machine. Its lubrication will make the machine work normally and clients need to have the lubrication timely.

The above is the minor maintenance of jaw crusher machine and the check works in short time. The machine also needs medium maintenance, which includes changing toggle plate, board and check the bearing bush and so on. Though it changes the wear parts on time, it is hard to avoid the toggle plate and board will be worn or broken under large crushing force. The clients need to have a medium maintenance for jaw crusher has been used for several months.

Besides the minor maintenance and medium maintenance, clients need to have the overhaul after the jaw crusher machine has worked for one year or two years. The overhaul is mainly to change the eccentric shaft and other large parts. When the eccentric shaft has been used for a longer time, it is easy to be worn. The clients need to check the machine regular based on the machine’s specification.
