Then, the advantages of both cone crushers are centralized to a new cone crusher. In this way, it will create a multi-cylinder cone crusher which has superior performance and single cylinder cone crusher’s advantages. This is the innovation road to take the introduction, digestion and absorption, re-innovation.

With the continuous improvement of cone crusher, the sales market is gradually open to development. Cone crusher sales are far than in previous years, and it has significantly improved. Annual crushing material by crusher reaches more than ten billion tons. Only China's annual broken material is about 18 billion tons.

Among them, the iron ore is about 240 million tons, non-ferrous metal ore is more than 100 million tons, non-metallic minerals is about 230million tons, chemical minerals is about 30million tons, cement is about 400million tons. Construction limestone is 470million tons, the power consumption is 2billion kW/H, and steel consumption is about 2.5million. Therefore, in the crushing machine industry, the production process should be energy conservation and consumption reduction, with high technical content. This is a major trend of future broken machinery industry development.

With novel design principle of cone crusher, it can satisfy the different specifications of the broken material, and meet "more crushing and less grinding" requirements of the new technology. Compared with the traditional crusher, as material processing fine crushing equipment, cone crusher has high crushing ratio, low power consumption, and particle size of the product is fine and uniform. Cone crusher can break the brittle materials with any hardness. It is an ideal energy-saving superfine crushing equipment. The development prospect of cone crusher is promising.
